IT Support & Systems Officer
₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support and system maintenance to ensure business continuity;
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordination with external service providers;
- Support implementation of cybersecurity practices in accordance with the Data Privacy Act;
- Maintain technical documentation and system access control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
- Basic knowledge of system support or cybersecurity concepts;
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Business Operations & Client Support Officer
₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational matters;
- Support business development and advertising/consultancy coordination;
- Assist with internal documentation, reporting, and workflow tracking;
- Coordinate across teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree or experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
